Heavy Duty Technologies

Built by operators. For operators.

We didn't learn this in a classroom. We learned it running 24/7 service businesses, where a missed call is a lost job and a late invoice is a cash problem.

Our story

We've spent years on the operating side of service businesses: answering the 2 a.m. calls, dispatching trucks, chasing unpaid invoices, and hiring people who had to learn the job fast.

We kept running into the same problem. The software we bought was built for a demo, not for a Tuesday when two techs call in sick and the phones won't stop. So we started building our own tools: dispatch boards, payment systems, training programs, invoicing workflows. They worked because they were built around how the work actually gets done.

Heavy Duty Technologies exists to do that for other businesses like ours.

What we believe

Process before software.

A tool bolted onto a broken process just breaks faster.

Money and hours, or it doesn't count.

If we can't show you what it saved or earned, we didn't do our job.

Your business, your way.

We build around how you run, not how a software company thinks you should.

We stay.

Building it is half the job. Keeping it working is the other half.

Systems we've built and run

We don't sell what we haven't run ourselves.

Every one of these was built for, and used every day inside, a 24/7 service operation running in more than 20 states. That's where we tested them, with real calls, real techs and real money on the line.
